Introduction

Welcome to Angeloro Silvia Coaching. By using our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms govern your use of our services, including career coaching, resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and other related offerings.

Services

We provide personalized career coaching services, including resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, interview preparation, and career strategy.
Enhancv’s premium plan is included with our packages for resume creation and editing.

Payments

Full payment is required before services commence. Payment details will be provided upon finalizing your selected services. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Currency and Payment Processing:

All prices displayed on the website are in USD to accommodate the preferences of the majority of our clients. For American clients, payments will be processed in USD, and any associated currency conversion fees will be covered by us. For non-American clients, payments will be processed in euros (€), and any exchange rate differences or additional fees charged by your bank or payment provider will be the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Invoices and Receipts

  • All payments are processed through Stripe, which provides clients with an automatic transaction receipt for their records.
  • Invoices are issued in euros, with the amount converted from dollars based on Stripe’s exchange rate. American clients pay in dollars, while all other clients are billed in euros, regardless of their location.
  • Clients will be asked to provide their billing details (such as name and address) for the purpose of issuing an invoice.
  • Our P. IVA number is IT02992490355. Clients are responsible for understanding and complying with any tax obligations in their country of residence. 

Invoices

Invoices are generated and stored securely via Aruba, a GDPR-compliant provider.
Invoices will be retained for 10 years, as required by Italian tax law.

Client responsibilites

Clients must provide accurate and complete information through the questionnaire and during any communication.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and responding to drafts and communications in a timely manner.

Data Sharing and Tools

Original resumes and other content shared via email will be used to tailor your resume, LinkedIn profile, and other deliverables.
We collaborate with Enhancv for resume creation, and clients will download final resumes directly from Enhancv.

To facilitate collaboration, I may request temporary access to your Enhancv account. This process is fully managed through Enhancv’s secure platform and integrated email system. I do not store or manage your login credentials.

Refund policy

No Refunds Once Work Has Begun
Refunds are not available once services have commenced, including after the submission of the client questionnaire or other preparatory work. Fees for the preparation of career documents, coaching sessions, and other services are non-refundable, as these are custom services tailored specifically for each client.

The non-refundable payment covers:

  • Reviewing initial documents
  • Preparing and conducting consultations or coaching sessions
  • Writing and editing career documents
  • Designing, proofreading, and finalizing resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and other deliverables
    These services are intellectual property and require significant time and expertise, which cannot be recouped.

No Guarantee of Employment or Interviews
You acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be provided for failure to secure employment or interviews. While we provide expert guidance and tailored support, we cannot control the hiring process or guarantee specific outcomes.

Credits for Future Services
In exceptional circumstances, and at our sole discretion, a credit toward future work may be offered in lieu of a refund.

Satisfaction Policy
Client satisfaction is our highest priority. We are committed to working with you to ensure your documents and services meet your expectations. Your success is the foundation of our reputation and referrals. Please communicate any concerns, and we will make every effort to address them.

Limited Refunds
Limited refunds are available in the following cases:

  • Full Refund: If cancellation is requested before any work has begun (e.g. before the intake questionnaire is submitted or any resume/LinkedIn prep has started), a full refund will be issued.
  • Partial Refund: If cancellation is requested after work has begun (e.g. after the questionnaire has been submitted or resume work has started), but before any live sessions have taken place, a partial refund may be considered. A $45.00 administrative fee will apply, and the refund will reflect the scope of completed work.
  • No Refund: Once substantial work has been delivered (e.g. resume drafts, LinkedIn documents, or after one or more coaching sessions), no refund can be issued.

Rescheduling and Cancellations
Rescheduling and cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance for coaching sessions. In extraordinary circumstances, one rescheduling may be permitted.

Service Completion

We will honor your order for up to one (1) year from the date of purchase. To begin your service, you must engage with us within this period. If your package is not initiated or the service has not commenced within one year, the order will be considered complete, and no further services will be provided.
Once work has commenced, we aim to complete the package within three (3) months to ensure efficiency and focus. Significant delays or changes after the initial start—such as submitting new documents, requesting a shift in focus, or extended inactivity of two (2) months or more—may require additional fees or the purchase of a new package, as these constitute a new scope of work.
Specific guidance and timelines will be provided via email at each step of the process.

Intellectual Property

All materials created (e.g., resumes, LinkedIn content) are for personal use only and may not be resold or shared for commercial purposes.

Confidentiality

All client information is treated as confidential and is used solely for the purposes of delivering services.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
We do not guarantee job placement or employment outcomes.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italian law, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Italy.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
