I cannot recommend Silvia enough!. She is so personable, attentive, and genuine in her interest to help me succeed. And boy does she deliver. I had been job hunting for over a year and couldn't even get a first interview before Silvia. Within a couple months of working with her, I currently have a final interview next week with one company and a second interview with another. She improved my cover letter, resume, and interview skills, but what makes her truly fantastic is she gives you the tools you need to be successful. And she works tirelessly to help and guide you with consistent and quick response times. It can be scary investing in a career coach, especially when you've been unemployed, but I can tell you, my only regret was that I waited so long to take the leap. I highly recommend Silvia for interview coaching. I was already landing interviews, but despite spending hours preparing, my answers weren’t always landing the way I wanted them to in the moment. Silvia helped me break down job descriptions, focus on what hiring teams actually care about, and frame my experience around those priorities. I truly cannot say enough about my experience with Silva. I met her during a transitional point in my life. I'd been unemployed for over a year and didn't know where to to turn or what to do.
